Pastor Pascal Kibisingo is a humble servant of the Lord, chosen and positioned in Portland Oregon USA, the leader of The Last Call Ministry since 2013.  Appointed by God to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom in America and abroad, a devoted slave and soldier of the cross, very much passionate with spreading the call to repent because the coming of the Lord Jesus is imminent.  Happily married to Mamie Zagabe Kibisingo, his companion since the beginning of the journey and father of five greats children: Malaika, Noah, Imani, Josiah and Ezra, all Kibisingo.
